Job Summary

\

We are seeking an experienced Divisional Head of Sales to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth.

\

Key Responsibilities

\
  1. \
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.\
  3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including specifiers, architects, mechanical engineers, contractors, and suppliers.\
  4. Network and partner with building construction companies and other potential clients to create sales opportunities.\
  5. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier/customer relationships to optimize performance.\
  6. Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.\
  7. Foster a high-performance culture within the team, ensuring accountability and motivation.\
  8. Manage customer relationships and resolve complaints to ensure client satisfaction.\
  9. Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility among target customer groups.\
  10. Promote the business culture and value proposition among staff and clients.\
  11. Ensure seamless coordination with the Inventory Team to maintain real-time stock accuracy.\
  12. Achieve agreed yearly target, achieving a turnover target and developing and managing Government Business and HNI relationship.\
  13. Team Leadership Skills, Sales Strategy Development & Execution, Strong Leadership & Team Collaboration, Business Acumen & Market Intelligence, Quotation Preparation & Pricing Strategy, Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills, Innovation & Process Improvement, Product & Market Knowledge, Customer Relationship Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management, Contract Negotiation & Deal Closing, Problem-Solving & Decision-Making, Long-Term Business Growth Planning, Strategic Prospecting & Lead Conversion, Time & Resource Management, Financial Analysis & Forecasting, Business Performance Management, Adaptability & Change Management, Revenue Optimization & Sales Expansion.\
  14. Minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development.\
  15. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent postgraduate qualification.\
  16. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.\
  17. Strong experience in Government and HNI relationship management.\
  18. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.\
  19. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).\
  20. Strong financial and commercial acumen.\
