We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development and Sales to join our team.
This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development, possessing strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier/customer relationships
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
