Business Development Officer

Job Summary:
Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, develop and implement strategies to grow assets under management (AUM), and increase market share.
Business Development:
§ Develop and execute business development strategies.
§ Identify potential clients and build relationships.
§ Pitch asset management services to prospects.
§ Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
§ Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities.
§ Collaborate with the investment team to develop new products.
§ Conduct market feasibility studies.
§ Manage existing client relationships.
§ Provide excellent customer service.
§ Prepare business development reports.
§ Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
§ Minimum 3-5 years business development experience in Asset management or related industry.
§ Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Social Sciences or another closely related field
§ Knowledge Capital Market products (is an added advantage)
§ Experience with SEC regulations and Nigerian laws (an added advantage).
§ Strong business development and marketing skills.
§ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
§ Experience with SEC regulations and Nigerian laws (an added advantage).
§ Ability to analyze market trends.
§ Strong networking skills.

Salary Range: 350k – 500k + Incentive
