Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at HRD Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services to customers in the power generation industry.

Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and negotiate sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, manage product lines to maximize sales revenues, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of sales growth strategies, outstanding knowledge of our company's products and services, strong market research skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Promote and sell our company's products and services to customers in the power generation industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage product lines to maximize sales revenues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the sales field of industrial products.
  • Strong composure and good market knowledge of industrial products.
