Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Portfolio Manager to join our Sales team at Globe Williams Facilities Management Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing portfolio of clients to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive research and lead generation
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• A strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong experience in consultative sales and relationship management
