**Job Title: Senior Travel Business Development Manager**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Travel Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Pruvia Integrated Limited.
The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, nurture them through effective follow-ups, and convert these leads into sales. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the travel industry, and will be driven to exceed revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage various channels to identify and generate new leads, including networking, referrals, online platforms, travel expos, and industry events.
- Develop and implement strategies for attracting potential customers in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Engage with leads through personalized communication, understanding their travel needs and preferences.
- Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals with new and existing clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, preferably within the travel industry.
- Experience in the travels and tour sector is an added advantage.
