Job Overview

As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers a hybrid work environment with regular office meetings in Lagos, providing the perfect balance of flexibility and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the travel financing and loan sector.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, including individual quotas and team goals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position our products.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
Compensation and Rewards

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Commission: Earn up to 6% commissions on all sales income made, with the potential to significantly increase your earnings based on your performance, month on month.
