They must also be able to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, remote environment. A strong network in education, NGOs, government bodies, or corporate CSR departments is a plus. Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations is essential. Understanding of STEM education and its value in the current and future job market is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is necessary, and an MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and the ability to ensure repeat business and maintain relationships with existing partners. The Business Development Representative will also represent earlySTEMer at industry events and conferences to promote services and advocate for the benefits of coding education through presentations, workshops, and outreach initiatives. They must provide market feedback to inform product development and service offerings. Key requirements include a strong network, ability to create compelling proposals, excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, ability to work independently, understanding of STEM education, and a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.   • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand earlySTEMer's B2B footprint.
  • Identify and approach potential partners, including schools, NGOs, corporations, and government agencies.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Customize and package earlySTEMer's services for delivery in educational institutions and community programs.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and sponsorship deals for coding programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams marketing, tutoring, and operations to ensure the successful execution of programs.
  • Ensure repeat business and maintain relationships with existing partners, working to expand and renew current deals.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by driving partnerships and closing deals.
  • Represent earlySTEMer at industry events and conferences to promote our services.
  • Advocate for the benefits of coding education through presentations, workshops, and outreach initiatives.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and service offerings.
