Job Summary

The Land Republic Administrative Lead will provide administrative support to the CEO, focusing on scheduling, travel management, and special projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Scheduling and Calendar Management

Manage the CEO's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Travel Planning

Arrange complex travel plans, prepare itineraries, and ensure the CEO has all necessary documents and information.

Project Coordination

Assist in planning and executing special projects, tracking progress, and reporting on key milestones.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
