  2. Training Manual Development: Develop detailed training manuals for trainees.
  3. Technical Training Programs: Design technical training programs according to organisational requirements.
  4. Course Content Determination: Determine course content based on objectives.
  5. Training Materials Preparation: Prepare training materials (presentations, worksheets etc.).
  6. Training Sessions Execution: Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups.
  7. On-Site Training: Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
  8. Program Evaluation: Observe and evaluate the results of training programs.
  9. Program Improvement: Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.

Key Requirements:

  1. Feedback Analysis: Train students on collecting and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
  2. Product Planning: Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
  3. Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams.
  4. PRD Review: Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
  5. Launch Management: Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
  6. Product Expansion: Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
  7. Product Tracking: Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager/Trainer.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management.
  • Background in software development and program management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile framework.
  • Organisational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication/teaching skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • 5+ years of work/training experience as a Product manager.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
