Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Manage executives' calendars, schedules, and appointments effectively.
- Prepare for meetings by creating agendas and collecting materials as needed.
- Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives in a timely manner.
- Develop professional documents, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
- Coordinate executive meetings and events efficiently.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 6 years of experience as an executive assistant to senior executives.
