Property Sales Specialist

At Laterna Ventures Limited, we are seeking a Property Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our estate agency, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing property viewings, and negotiating sales agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate agency or a related field, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business through canvassing and lead generation
- Conduct property valuations and provide market appraisals
- Manage and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate sales and lettings agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers

Requirements:

- 10 years of experience in estate agency or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license (desirable)
