Job Title: Van Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and customer-centric Van Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to customers through our van sales operations. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer relationships, drive sales, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell our products to retail outlets, restaurants, and other businesses in the designated area using a company van.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for new business.
  3. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range and actively educate customers on benefits and features.
  4. Order Management: Take orders, manage stock levels in the van, and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
  5. Route Planning: Efficiently plan daily routes to maximize sales opportunities and ensure prompt delivery.
  6. Market Analysis: Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  7. Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports as required.
  8. Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in van sales, direct sales, or a similar role, preferably in a specific industry, e.g., FMCG.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in using mobile devices and sales software.
