Job Summary

The Van Sales Representative role is responsible for driving sales and distribution of products, managing client accounts, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Distribution: Drive the sale of canned fruit juices and energy drinks across assigned routes.
  • Customer Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Route Management: Plan and navigate Lagos routes efficiently to maximize reach and productivity.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
Performance Evaluation:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends and customer preferences.
Essential Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG (Beverages) sector as a Van Sales Representative.
  • Strong knowledge of Lagos routes.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate revenue.
