Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Sales Professional to manage our property valuations, conduct viewings, and negotiate sales agreements. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business through canvassing and lead generation, conducting property valuations and providing market appraisals, managing and conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and lettings agreements, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business through canvassing and networking
- Conduct property valuations and provide market appraisals
- Manage and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate sales and lettings agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers

Requirements:

- 10 years of experience in estate agency or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license (desirable)
