Van Sales Representative Job Description

As a Van Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales and distribution of products, managing client accounts, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring timely order fulfillment and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Plan and navigate Lagos routes efficiently to maximize reach and productivity.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Performance Metrics:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG (Beverages) sector as a Van Sales Representative.
  • Strong knowledge of Lagos routes.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate revenue.
