Essential Skills:

Key Requirements:

  • BSC/HND in Science/Social Science: A degree in a relevant field is necessary for this position.

  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to interact with customers and colleagues successfully.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: The capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities is essential for delivering high-quality customer service.
