Key Responsibilities:

- Client Liaison:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and pain points
- Gather feedback through various channels (meetings, surveys, support tickets)
- Communicate client insights to the development team
- Identifying and researching potential clients, competitors, and industry patterns
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Attending events, meeting clients, and building relationships
- Negotiating contract terms with clients, and presenting products to customers.

- Development Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers to prioritize and implement client-requested features
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure successful solution implementation
