Enterprise Business Director

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
The Enterprise Business Director will be responsible for delivering customer acquisition, retention, and revenue targets for the Enterprise business. This includes dedicated internet connectivity links, associated value-added services, and products. The area of operation will comprise all Spectranet business locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Effective management of the Enterprise team to meet business goals
• Churn control by ensuring robust relationships with existing customers and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
• Formulation of quarterly/yearly business plans
• Development of robust relationships with other functions to ensure timely installation and post-sales handholding of customers
• Delivery of monthly/quarterly/yearly customer acquisition and revenue targets
• Periodic training of the team
Key Attributes and Skills:
• 12-15 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in a Telecom company, Mobile/ISP, in 4G LTE and FTTx environment
• Key account management experience in a B2B environment
• Relationship building with key decision-makers
• Handling a team of over 10 Key Account Managers
• Proven track record of handling and negotiating orders in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication skills, command of the English language, and expertise in meeting and finalizing deals with CXO-level/HNW individuals
