Strategic Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Managers to lead and manage a minimum portfolio of 15 Financial Service Advisors in Lagos.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving the objectives set in the annual sales plan, providing training and support to the Financial Service Advisors, and ensuring they meet their targets.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of Financial Service Advisors to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to improve advisor skills
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing of insurance products
- CIIN Proficiency certification
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
