Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Professional to join our team at Amaiden Energy Nigeria LTD. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing cash receivables, ensuring timely and accurate recording of all incoming payments from clients.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies. Your goal will be to maintain accurate records of transactions, reconcile client accounts, and ensure all payments are applied correctly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cash receivables, ensuring timely and accurate recording of all incoming payments from clients.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Implement effective credit control processes to minimize overdue accounts and reduce the risk of bad debts.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, reconciling client accounts and ensuring all payments are applied correctly.
  • Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances, providing support and resolving disputes where necessary.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A First Degree from a recognized university/polytechnics in accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related function.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel & other data entry tools.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Good Administrative skills.
  • Good knowledge on the use of an accounting software.
  • Numeracy Skill.
What We Offer
