Channel Sales Manager

As a Channel Sales Manager at People Capacity Management, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through our partner network. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute strategies that increase revenue and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement promotional and marketing activities to boost partner sales
  • Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell our products
  • Coordinate with other company personnel to deliver and meet customer/partner expectations
  • Act as a bridge for communication between customers and partners
  • Access, clarify, and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals
  • Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid potential conflicts
  • Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities
  • Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with partner agreements and contracts
  • Provide training, support, and resources to enable partner success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner efforts with company goals
  • Set and monitor sales targets and performance metrics for partners
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor actions to pinpoint potential opportunities
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Channel Building
  • Skilled in sustaining channels
  • Demonstrate a track record in channel sales or partner management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management software
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Exhibit industry awareness and understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Commercially and financially aware with experience of managing budgets
  • Contract management and supplier experience
  • Good time management skills
  • Flexible to travel to partner locations
