Job Description:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in the allocated area, managing retail and wholesale distribution, and overseeing channel sales for the entire state/region. Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key distributors and dealers
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2-10 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the mobile phone industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with the Lagos market and its environs
