Business Development Manager for Construction Solutions

Carrillion Construction is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the construction industry.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and be able to identify new business opportunities. They will be responsible for conducting market research, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with our sales team to achieve better results.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Develop and implement strategic plans to convert prospects into customers
- Collaborate with our sales team to achieve better results
- Prepare and submit reports on market feedback, customer needs, and sales performance
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry
Requirements and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the construction industry
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A target monthly salary of $100,000 - $150,000 with incentive pay
- Transportation allowance
- Call card allowance
