Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Business Solutions: Identify opportunities to partner with travel agents and ideal partners with access to our target audience, and expand our reach through strategic alliances.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify new leads or avenues for growth, close clients/sales, and inform current and potential partners about key business developments.
  • Client Management: Manage existing partnerships and form new ones, appointment scheduling, preparation, and presentation to clients.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads with the intention of creating more sales/revenue, and find and follow up with new sales leads.
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain positive customer relationships post-sale by taking and making calls from/to clients, and enforce Company policies consistently and fairly.
  • Department Management: Develops and organizes new business development initiatives, oversee department budget, and review timeframes and budgets.
