Senior Sales Professional Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Ralds and Agate Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B service-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Staying informed about competitor offerings and market developments.
  • Providing detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Preparing regular sales reports for management and participating in team meetings.
  • Ensuring all contracts, agreements, and documentation are completed accurately.
  • Conducting research to identify potential clients and new sales opportunities.
  • Analyzing customer data to understand purchasing behaviors and preferences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, especially in service-based B2B environments.
  • Understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in the relevant industry is a must.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is required.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
