Job Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Business Growth Manager, where you will collaborate with the Sales and Operations Team to ensure efficient sourcing and high productivity of all B2B accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue generation for the company by effectively working with the Marketing and Customer Success Teams. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a combination of sales, business development, operations, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To efficiently manage the B2B sales funnel.
  • To execute strategies for acquisition and onboarding transport and logistics businesses.
  • To grow and manage Intercity Service Centers.
  • To manage internal Operations Projects.
  • To create and maintain a handbook for operators and customers.
  • To find new channels for client sourcing.
  • To develop client acquisition and verification processes.
  • To ensure high performance of all onboarded accounts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales or Operations Manager in a tech company.
  • Proficiency in using different tools to achieve goals.
  • Experience working in a smaller company and taking on varied tasks.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to think strategically while implementing plans with attention to detail.
  • Leadership skills to architect strategy.
  • Ability to produce results in both team and individual settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, and at least one major Nigerian dialect (Igbo, Yoruba, or Hausa).
