Job Title: Retail Business Developer

We are seeking an ambitious Retail Business Developer to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base by promoting and selling high-quality cashew products across their designated territories. This role requires strong negotiation and persuasion skills to build long-term relationships with customers and achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
• Identify new sales opportunities within assigned territories to expand the customer base
• Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and increase sales revenue
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor product visibility and recommend improvements
• Execute promotional activities, such as product sampling or discounts, to boost sales
• Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience as a Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years in the FMCG industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
