Sales Growth Strategist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling high-quality cashew products across your designated territories. Your primary goal is to increase sales revenue while building strong relationships with customers.

Main Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying new sales opportunities within assigned territories
• Expand customer base by onboarding new distributors, retailers, or other clients
• Conduct regular store visits to identify new opportunities
• Execute promotional activities, such as product sampling or discounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing stores and key accounts

Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 4-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 3 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
