We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy to drive business growth in the renewable energy sector.
About the Role- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and market share goals.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team performance.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing sales team, ensuring continuous professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture that promotes accountability, integrity, and innovation.
- Set clear performance objectives and regularly evaluate the team's performance through reviews and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving growth in competitive markets.
