Job Summary:

7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices through ongoing industry knowledge and networking.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, with an MBA being a plus. Proven experience in sales management, ideally within a related industry, is required. Key skills include strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, data analysis, and relationship-building skills, with CRM proficiency being essential. Additionally, team management, travel flexibility, customer focus, integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach are valuable attributes.
