Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Deposit Mobilization Officer to join our team at Trident Microfinance Bank. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and engaging the bank's products with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients to promote and sell the bank's deposit products.
• Ensure excellent customer service delivery and address client inquiries promptly.
• Generate sales leads to expand the customer base and achieve established performance targets within a specific timeframe.
• Source new high-end customers and persuade them to deposit money with the bank.
• Maintain existing deposit clients and inform them of the status of their deposits.
• Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan to improve deposit mobilization and retention, as well as manage withdrawal attrition.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. / HND (or OND with 4 years experience in the microfinance industry).
• Prior experience as a deposit mobilization officer in a financial institution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
