Director of Enterprise Business Growth

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Enterprise Business Growth to lead our team in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue targets for the Enterprise business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the B2B market and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
* Effective management of the Enterprise team, ensuring cold calling and funnel creation to meet business goals
* Churn control by maintaining robust relationships with existing customers and resolving issues efficiently
* Formulation of quarterly and yearly business plans
* Collaboration with other functions to ensure timely installation and post-sales handholding of customers
* Delivery of monthly, quarterly, and yearly customer acquisition and revenue targets as per the business plan
Requirements
* 12-15 years of relevant work experience
* Proven track record in Key Account Management within an ISP, Telecommunications, or IT Service Provider
* Experience in handling and negotiating orders in a B2B environment
* Excellent communication skills, with expertise in dealing with CXO level/HNW individuals
* Ability to work in a challenging environment and demonstrate a Can-Do attitude
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
