Salary: An attractive salary in the range of N40,000,000 - N60,000,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our Enterprise business unit. This includes delivering sales targets, managing a team of Key Account Managers, and fostering strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly customer acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Lead a team of Key Account Managers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they achieve their goals.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring timely issue resolution and effective post-sales handholding.
  • Collaborate with other functions to ensure efficient installation processes and deliverables.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant work experience in a Telecom company, preferably in a 4G LTE and FTTx environment.
  • Proven track record in Key Account Management, with experience in B2B sales and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with expertise in building relationships with CXO-level individuals.
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment, with a Can-Do attitude and high levels of integrity and business ethics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
