Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Care Executive to join Sigma Consulting Group.
Salary: N130,000
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all customer interactions via calls and social media, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records of client information. This includes handling all incoming calls and messages on the company's social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and accurately record all sales transactions.
- Maintain and track client information in an organized manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using social media and messaging platforms.
