We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for senior executives.
  • Prepare financial reports and documents, utilizing accounting expertise.
  • Communicate effectively and follow up on outstanding issues and projects.
  • Oversee office operations, including supply procurement and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Chartered Accountant certification and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executive leadership.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
