Real Estate Sales Growth Specialist

At Land Republic, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Growth Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and meeting our monthly goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing result-oriented sales strategies that drive revenue growth and business expansion. This includes cold-calling, networking, and closing deals with potential clients. Your ability to build strong interpersonal relationships, understand the latest real estate market trends, and provide expert advice to clients will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and business expansion.
- Cold-call and network with potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Closure of deals and managing client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest real estate market trends and provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of the real estate industry and be able to provide expert advice to clients.
