Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at the Bible Society of Nigeria. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in business development, marketing, and sales to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve aggressive marketing and sales targets. They will also identify and exploit business opportunities through their extensive network and industry knowledge.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and tactics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of cognate experience in Christian guesthouse or hotel management
  • Higher National Diploma or first degree in Catering & Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant professional certification
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Salary

Negotiable salary range: ₦8,000,000 - ₦12,000,000 per annum, depending on experience.
