Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at PRUVIA INTEGRATED LIMITED. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the manufacturing sector.
Job DescriptionCompany Overview: Our company is a leading player in the manufacturing sector, with a strong presence in Ibadan, Oyo State. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers, and we are looking for talented individuals to help us achieve our goals.
Salary: The salary for this position is N4,000,000 per month, including basic salary and commission. In addition to your monthly target, you will also receive a performance bonus of 20% on top of your basic salary.
Job Responsibilities: As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals, arranging and conducting meetings with potential clients, preparing and delivering compelling presentations on products and services, generating regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data, generating leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing initiatives, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of local property markets and trends, and preparing and presenting property evaluations to potential clients.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BSc/HND in Marketing or Business Administration, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing sales. You will also need to be fluent in English, proficient in MS Office, and have a strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques. Additionally, you will need to be self-motivated with a results-driven approach, have excellent presentation skills, and specific experience in real estate sales/marketing. Proximity to Ibadan environs is also a requirement.
