Job Description

The Project Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. You will be responsible for coordinating project planning, execution, and monitoring, as well as managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Project Management, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience managing projects from initiation to completion
  • Ability to meet project deadlines, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, quality control, and process improvement
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs
