Business Development Opportunity

ITC Worldwide INC is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth in post-warranty support services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market research and strategy development to identify trends, opportunities, and key prospects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 post-warranty support services.
  • Client acquisition and engagement to build strong relationships with decision-makers in businesses using or considering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Post-warranty support sales to develop customized service packages including technical support, system maintenance, and service agreements for post-warranty Dynamics 365 solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within an IT services or Dynamics 365 partner environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications across industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and closing deals, particularly related to post-warranty support and IT service contracts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
