We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team at Daytona Peoples Pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and Engage with Customers: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
- Assist with Product Selection: Help customers find the products they need, offering personalized recommendations and guidance to ensure they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Sales Floor: Ensure the sales floor is tidy and well-organized, with products displayed in an attractive and easy-to-browse manner.
- Meet Sales Targets: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets, driving sales growth and contributing to the success of the pharmacy.
- Handle Customer Inquiries and Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and sales trends, ensuring the highest level of customer service and support.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Assist with Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure seamless customer service.
- Participate in Training and Development: Engage in regular training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
