Divisional Head of Sales

The Divisional Head of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and streamlining sales operations at BLAKSKILL LIMITED.

Sales Strategy & Business Development
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to propel business expansion.
  • Identify lucrative opportunities and establish key relationships with stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier/customer partnerships.
Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve collective sales targets.
  • Support team members in securing deals and fostering client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve yearly sales target, drive turnover growth, and develop Government Business and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) relationships.

Requirements
