Dynamic Sales Growth Leader

The Divisional Head of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and streamlining sales operations at BLAKSKILL LIMITED.
Sales Strategy & Business Development- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to propel business expansion.
- Identify lucrative opportunities and establish key relationships with stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier/customer partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve collective sales targets.
- Support team members in securing deals and fostering client satisfaction.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve yearly sales target, drive turnover growth, and develop Government Business and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) relationships.

- A minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development.
