- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage and optimize sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform business development strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Suite applications, and sales automation tools.
