Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Telecoms Business Development Executive to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, protecting existing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned strategic account sub-portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve set revenue growth targets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent client experience and service delivery satisfaction.
- Work closely with the business development team to share knowledge, discuss ideas, and help achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with ipNX values, policies, and standards, as well as all local statutory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years' experience within the telecoms space, with a strong understanding of the market, competitor behavior, and strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Good Microsoft Office suite competence, CRM competence, including Visio.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between N10,000,000 - N15,000,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
