Job Description
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring that every interaction meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and other related services.
  • Resolve Client Complaints: Promptly address and resolve any client complaints or issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Process Travel Documents: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of travel documents, including visas, passports, and other required documents.
  • Market Travel Services: Promote travel services and packages, contributing to company revenue growth and success.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep up-to-date records and databases, ensuring seamless communication and information sharing within the organization.
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest travel industry trends, promotions, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and offerings.
