As a Business Development Professional at Integrated Healthcare Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key partners to foster loyalty and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share.
  • Lead marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility across digital and traditional platforms, increasing awareness and engagement among our target audience.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and performance analyses to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for future strategy.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure effective service delivery meets customer expectations, driving satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree/HND in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the health insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
