Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated Sales and Business Development Specialists to join our team at Human Partners Consulting.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, marketing, and business development to contribute to our company's growth in the power sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell our clients' products in the Nigerian market, focusing on solar panels, inverters, and batteries within the clean energy sector.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets and increase market share locally.
- Frequent travel to key cities across Nigeria, including Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, and Onitsha, to engage with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B sales experience in the solar panel, inverter, or battery industries.
- Willingness to undertake extended travel (up to 6 months) within Nigeria.
- Outgoing and dynamic personality with excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting to achieve sales targets.
A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum and opportunities for professional growth and development.
