About the Job:

We are seeking an E-commerce Growth Manager to join our team and drive business growth through innovative e-commerce strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies that align with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of entire e-commerce function, including campaigns across e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels.
  • Leading the e-commerce team and developing customer acquisition strategies.
  • Analysis of data to drive business decisions and continuous optimization to meet growth targets.
E-commerce Strategy:
  • Leadership and management of e-commerce campaigns across various platforms.
  • Development and implementation of SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.
  • Overseeing email marketing and content marketing efforts to drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Optimization of campaigns to enhance customer acquisition across all e-commerce touchpoints.
Team Leadership:
  • Building and leading a high-performing e-commerce team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Fostering professional growth within the team and setting clear performance expectations.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in e-commerce tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media platforms, etc.).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage a team and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive growth through innovative, data-driven campaigns.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on strategic growth.
  • Strong understanding of both e-commerce and traditional marketing channels and their integration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with proven success in both e-commerce and traditional channels.
  • Strong track record of driving growth through data-driven decision-making and innovative campaigns.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, digital ad tools, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
