We are seeking an experienced Territory Growth Manager to spearhead sales efforts and foster strong relationships within a designated geographical area.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of direct reports, providing mentorship and support to enhance performance.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors to expand the sales network.
  • Maintain positive relationships with dealers and key retail outlets while ensuring timely payments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory sales positions, preferably in telecommunications, ISP, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue with a strong field sales background.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively while utilizing performance KPIs to drive results.
